Branding that prints the way you set it
- Upload organization logo, company seal, and authorized signature in Settings → Branding
- Place the signature above, centered on, or below the seal
- Scale seal and signature from 50% to 150% with live preview
- Fine-tune horizontal and vertical offsets; save placement once
- The same layout appears on screen, PDF, and Word exports
- Hide logo, seal, or signature per client when a stamped copy is not required
Invoicing reliability
- Bank payout details stay snapshotted on each invoice so later master edits do not rewrite history
- Financial-year / calendar numbering, padding, and optional per-client sequences
- Number fields no longer keep a leading 0 (typing 45 no longer becomes 045)
- PDF Bill To stays left-aligned; seal/signature placement matches the HTML preview
