Features

Simple multi-business invoicing with real automation

Organization isolation, financial-year numbering, bank snapshots, seal and signature, your SMTP, recurring schedules, GST/VAT, and PDF or Word — built for businesses, not just one-off PDF invoices.

Complete setup path

Follow this breadcrumb from a new account to a branded, emailed invoice. Full click-by-click steps are on the FAQ.

  1. 1. Create your organization

    Open FAQ

Account → Organizations → New organization

An organization is your business profile. All clients, bank accounts, branding, and invoices live inside it.

    • Sign up with email or Continue with Google, then open Organizations.
    • Click New organization and enter legal name, email, phone, address, tax ID, and default currency.
    • Save — you land on the organization dashboard. You can create more orgs later (plan limits apply).
  2. 2. Set invoice number increment

    Open FAQ

Organization → Settings → Invoice numbering

Control prefix, padding, starting number, and whether numbers reset each financial or calendar year.

    • Open Settings → Invoice numbering.
    • Set prefix (e.g. INV-), optional suffix, and padding length (e.g. 4 → INV-0001).
    • Choose reset: financial year (set start month, e.g. April), calendar year, or never.
    • Optionally enable per-client sequences. Save — the next invoice uses this config automatically.
  3. 3. Upload organization logo

    Open FAQ

    Organization → Settings → Branding → Logo

Your logo appears at the top of invoice previews, PDFs, Word files, and public links.

    • Open Settings → Branding.
    • Upload a PNG or JPEG logo (max 100 KB). Replace or remove anytime.
    • Pick a default invoice template on the Invoice template tab if you want a different header style.
  4. 4. Upload company seal / stamp

    Open FAQ

    Organization → Settings → Branding → Seal

The official stamp prints at the bottom-right of invoices (unless hidden for a client).

    • In Branding, upload a PNG or JPEG seal (max 200 KB).
    • Use Seal size (50%–150%) and the live preview on the left to match stamp size on paper.
    • Save placement after adjusting size so PDF and Word match the preview.
  5. 5. Upload authorized signature

    Open FAQ

    Organization → Settings → Branding → Signature + position

Place the signature above, over, or below the seal, then nudge it with offsets.

    • Upload a PNG or JPEG signature (max 200 KB).
    • Set position: Top, Center (overlay on seal), or Bottom.
    • Tune Signature size, Horizontal offset, and Vertical offset. Preview updates live.
    • Click Save placement. The same layout is used on screen, PDF, and Word.
  6. 6. Configure SMTP (Gmail)

    Open FAQ

    Organization → Settings → Email / SMTP

Send invoices and payment reminders from your own mailbox.

    • Open Settings → Email / SMTP and enable Gmail SMTP.
    • Host smtp.gmail.com, port 587 (or 465 + secure). Use a Google App Password, not your normal password.
    • Set SMTP user, from email, and from name. Customize invoice and reminder subject/body templates.
    • Send a test email, then Save. You can now email invoices from the invoice detail page.
  7. 7. Add bank accounts

    Open FAQ

Organization → Bank accounts → New

Reusable payout details printed on invoices so clients know where to pay.

    • Open Bank accounts and create an account: label, bank name, account holder, branch, A/C number, IFSC, SWIFT.
    • Mark accounts active. On invoices (and clients), pick which bank to show.
    • Bank details snapshot onto the invoice so later edits to the master account do not rewrite old invoices.
  8. 8. Add clients

    Open FAQ

Organization → Clients → New client

Each bill-to party needs a client record before you issue invoices.

    • Open Clients → New. Enter name, email, communication email, phone, address, and tax ID.
    • Optionally assign a default bank account and invoice template.
    • Use Show on invoices switches for logo, seal, and signature per client.
    • Save. You can also create a client inline while creating an invoice.
  9. 9. Create and send an invoice

    Open FAQ

Organization → Invoices → New invoice

Pick a client, add line items, review branding and bank details, then send or download.

    • Open Invoices → New invoice. Select client, issue/due dates, currency, tax, and bank account.
    • Add line items (or catalog products). Notes and terms appear on the document.
    • Preview the classic/modern layout with logo, seal, and signature. Save as draft.
    • Download PDF/Word, copy the public link, or Email invoice (requires SMTP). Mark sent or paid when ready.

Organizations

Multi-organization

New

Create an organization with legal name, address, tax ID, and default currency. Each org has isolated clients, bank accounts, branding, SMTP, numbering, and invoices. Switch businesses from the org list. Free and Pro plans set how many organizations you can own.

  • Business profile: name, address, tax ID, currency
  • Isolated clients, banks, branding, SMTP, and invoices
  • Switch organizations from one login — agency-friendly

Invoicing

Professional invoices

Build polished invoices with line items, notes, terms, tax, discounts, and bank details. Follow the setup path Organization → Clients → Invoices. Move through draft, sent, paid, overdue, and cancelled. Download PDF/Word, share a public link, or email when SMTP is configured.

  • Draft → sent → paid workflow with overdue detection
  • Bank details, seal, and signature on preview and exports
  • PDF, Word, public link, and email from invoice detail

Smart invoice numbering

New

Open Settings → Invoice numbering to set prefix, suffix, padding, starting number, and reset rules. Numbers increment automatically (atomically) and can reset each financial year, calendar year, or never. Optional per-client sequences. Download filenames follow the period, e.g. 2026-2027-INV-0001.pdf.

  • Custom prefix, suffix, padding, and starting number
  • Financial year reset with configurable start month
  • Optional per-client increment sequences

Estimates & scheduling

Estimates & quotations

Quote work with estimates that mirror invoice layout. Mark estimates as sent, accepted, or declined, then convert accepted quotes into invoices without re-entering line items.

  • Estimate numbering and validity dates
  • Status workflow: draft, sent, accepted, declined
  • One-click convert to invoice

Recurring invoices

New

Set up recurring schedules with line items, tax, and currency. The system generates invoices on the next run date and can optionally email them automatically. View upcoming and past runs on the calendar.

  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly frequencies
  • Optional end date and days-until-due
  • Auto-send when generated (optional)

Invoice calendar

A month calendar shows real invoices (issue and due dates) plus projected recurring runs — past and future — with status and client metadata on each day.

  • Invoice issue and due date events
  • Projected recurring invoice runs
  • Day detail panel with links to documents

Tax & pricing

Discounts

Apply discounts at the line-item level or on the entire document. Totals update live as you edit, and exports reflect discount amounts clearly.

  • Line-level percent or fixed discounts
  • Invoice-level discount on subtotal
  • Shown separately in totals and exports

Tax & multi-currency

Import regional tax presets (GST, VAT, etc.), apply multiple taxes per document, mark lines as tax-exempt, and issue invoices in any supported currency — not just your org default.

  • Region tax preset import (GST, VAT, …)
  • Multiple taxes per invoice with breakdown
  • Tax-exempt line toggle and per-invoice currency

Clients & catalog

Product & service catalog

Maintain a catalog of products and services with SKU, description, and unit price. Add catalog items to invoice, estimate, and recurring line items in one click.

  • Reusable product library per organization
  • Quick-add from catalog on line items
  • SKU and description fields

Client management

Keep client profiles with email, communication email, phone, address, and tax ID. Assign a default bank account and invoice template. Control whether this client’s invoices show the organization logo, seal, and signature.

  • Full contact and tax ID profile
  • Default bank account and template override
  • Per-client show/hide logo, seal, and signature

Bank accounts

New

Add organization bank accounts (label, holder name, bank, branch, account number, IFSC, SWIFT). Select an account on each client or invoice. Details print in the Bank details block and are snapshotted on the invoice so later master-data edits do not rewrite old documents.

  • Reusable active bank profiles per organization
  • Snapshotted on each invoice — later master edits stay off history
  • Printed on invoice preview, PDF, and Word

  • Four built-in templates with live preview
  • Organization default plus per-client override

PDF & Word export

  • Word (.docx) export for further editing
  • Seal, signature, and placement match on-screen preview

Logo, seal & signature

New

Under Settings → Branding, upload logo (header), company seal, and authorized signature. Use the live left-side preview to set signature position (top, center overlay, or bottom), seal/signature size (50%–150%), and X/Y offsets. Placement applies to invoice HTML, PDF, and Word. Hide any mark per client if needed.

  • Logo, seal, and signature uploads for preview, PDF, Word, and public pages
  • Signature position: top, center overlay, or bottom relative to seal
  • Adjustable seal and signature size (50%–150%)

  • Per-client toggles to show or hide logo, seal, and signature

Delivery & workflow
